- Leigh is of Barbadian and Jamaican descendent, she visits her family in Jamaica when she's free- Leigh studied theatre at school- She was featured in the song and music video "100 Days" by Rampant before auditioning for X Factor- She had a YouTube channel where she uploaded a song cover of Casualty of Love by Jessie J before X Factor- Used to work at Pizza Hut- She was planning on going to university had she not joined Little Mix- She has 2 tattoos- One of her sisters, Sairah, is also her manager- Leigh had a fashion blog from 2015 to 2017 called Leigh Loves- Jay Blades, trustee from the Black Fund, has also mentored her at a youth club and choir when she was 14

Luxury swimwear brand that promotes inclusivity and diversity launched in April 2019 by Leigh-Anne and her friend Gabrielle.

Pinnock Productions

Leigh-Anne's own production house launched in August 2020. The main motive is to bring to the screen shows that embrace diversity and cultures that should have their place on screen.
The firm contributed to the Boxing Day movie, which Leigh also stars in.

The Black Fund

A charitable organisation founded in 2021 by Leigh-Anne, Andre Gray, Sairah Pinnock and Jay Blades to support existing charities and community groups delivering support to the black community.
